The Türkiye Scholarships – IsDB Joint Scholarship Program is co-funded by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). The program aims to enable high-achieving students from IsDB member countries and Muslim communities living in other countries to receive education at internationally recognized standards at prestigious universities in Türkiye.

The program seeks to contribute to the academic, cultural, social, political, and economic development of developing countries by supporting promising students in fields aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

The scholarship covers a monthly stipend, accommodation support, tuition fees, health insurance, a one-year Turkish language course, and a one-time round-trip airfare.

Application Dates: 10 January – 20 February 2026

Applications to the joint scholarship program are accepted only through the Türkiye Scholarships official website.

Candidates who are eligible to apply for the Türkiye Scholarships – IsDB Joint Scholarship Program must select “Yes” under the “Joint Scholarship Programs” section on the application screen in order to apply for the joint program.

Programs and Levels of Study

Under the Türkiye Scholarships – IsDB Joint Scholarship Program, scholarships are offered at the Associate, Bachelor, Master’s, and PhD levels.

Applications are open to successful international students from IsDB member countries as well as Muslim communities around the world.
